If you know shit about opiates please help

I was clean off opiates for 250 days and I relapsed on Saturday. I took anti-nauseas before and My high was great but then like 12 hours later I was drenched in sweat, vomiting, and felt awful until yesterday. This has happened before, and it’s always with pills??

I don’t think it’s withdrawal because my usage was so spaced out and i feel like if it was an allergy then i would get sick during the high not after.. can anyone help? what the fuck is up lol i don’t want this happening everytime
